I decided to go fractional to leverage my extensive experience across a broader range of organizations. This transition allows me to focus on empowering mission-driven startups and scaleups, providing strategic insights, enhancing productivity, and helping to ensure compliance. By working fractionally, I can support multiple clients, driving innovation and making a meaningful impact while maintaining the flexibility to maximize my influence in the tech community. This move aligns perfectly with my passion for fostering leadership and driving positive change through technology.

Guillermo is also an active mentor and advisor, sharing his knowledge with the tech community through platforms like Plato, Level Up In Tech, and through AWS’ Hero program as an AWS Data Hero. He holds advisory positions at multiple organizations and is dedicated to fostering the growth of future tech leaders.
